Adrienne DeVonne Jones is a dynamic voice in ministry, leadership, and transformation. A native of Long Beach, CA, she wears many hats: mother, grandmother, ordained pastor, corporate payroll manager, and author of Hold On, Pain Ends. Her journey from early heartbreak to spiritual breakthrough fuels her mission — to help women rise with purpose, lead with authenticity, and walk in divine calling.

With decades of experience in both church leadership and corporate America, Adrienne bridges the gap between faith and function. She coaches women leaders, facilitates workshops, and speaks with heartfelt transparency on topics like healing, resilience, emotional intelligence, and visionary leadership. When she’s not serving her congregation or mentoring women, you’ll find her walking her dog Cinnamon, sipping coffee, or speaking life into someone on the edge of giving up.

Partners of Divine Success Inc., is a Nonprofit Organization committed to Teaching, Mentoring, Encouragement and Motivation to groups or individuals with enthusiasm and valuable information which promotes goal setting! Although PODS INC., was established in 2019, the organization has been functioning since 2009. The Los Angeles County Sherriff's Department awarded PODS INC., with the Spirit of Excellence of award for our dedicated service and value.
